Andalusian Filles

UNNAMED FILLY

Price: Under Contract
Breed: Andalusian
DOB: 4/26/08
Description: Chestnut filly
Sire/Dam: Comico VI/Dibujada
Full siblings: None

Sorry folks! The demand for Comico babies is so great the instant I decided to sell at least one this one was snapped right up!

Right now this filly is going by the barn name of Mary Poppins…. because she’s practically perfect in every way. She's brave, friendly, confident, enjoys human contact, elegant, athletic, fabulous long neck, straight legs and well, just not a whole lot wrong with her.

This one came out knowing just what being a horse was all about. On her feet in minutes, found the milk bar and said right what’s next? Had to run around the stall and play before she could even be bothered to have a drink. Bright eyed with just a hint of mischievousness, she’s an elegant graceful girl with the energy and attitude of a sports star.

Half Andalusian Filles

VIVIANE

Price: SOLD
Breed: Andalusian/Oldenburg
DOB: 3/25/08
Description: Bay suckling filly
Sire/Dam: Regaliz/Guinevere
Full siblings: None

She’s here! Our first baby of the season and we got an adorable filly!!

This girl came out a whopping 142 lbs at birth and 41” tall! She’s solid bay with no white at all and an already obvious arched round neck and big body.

So far she has been very easy to handle and takes to her early learning lesson with ease. Still has enough spunk to tell her momma to stand still for nursing though.

This filly should be an excellent mover, solid in all three gaits and an incredible dressage prospect.

Drum Horses

SIEGLINDE

Price: Private Treaty to professional show home only
Breed: Drum Horse, registered ADHA #D0137M
DOB: 5/5/07
Description: Yearling Filly, black and white homozygous tobiano
Sire/Dam: Galway Warrior/Hayfield Sequin Sparkler
Full siblings: Sequel, Sequence (not at this farm)

This filly is a very rare Drum horse to Drum horse pairing. Her sire Galway Warrior is probably the best known Drum horse in the world and was once owned by Her Majesty The Queen and performed the duties of a Drum horse in the Royal Processions, as well siring Drum horses in the Royal Stud at Windsor.

Galway Warrior is a 17.1 hand ¾ Shire, by the Champion Shire Stallion, Edingale Mascot (18.3 hands, winner of the National Shire Horse Show on several occasions before export to the USA).

Her dam Sequin was bred and imported from England and is half Shire. We expect this filly to mature 17+ hands. Her face markings are the most unique I have ever seen on any pinto. One side black and one side white, she looks like two different horses from each side, and from the front, she's just arresting.

Eight months old

Along with her pedigree and markings is her build. Her fabulous neck set and good proportions are obvious. She has perfect legs from all angles to the point I had a veterinarian take pictures of her as an example of perfect draft horse legs!

And just when you thought she couldn’t get any better you have to see her gaits. She moves like a warmblood with suspension, elasticity and uphill carriage. I have never seen such movement I a heavy breed horse. Heck it’s not that common to find such good movement on a light horse! All three gaits are quality with a canter as balanced and expressive as her trot. A draft horse suitable for FEI? She’s it. I can honestly say I don’t know that you could ever find better.
